Business Processes and Gap Analysis:

The objective is to analyze, document, and publish a comprehensive incident management enterprise business process model and a gap analysis which documents the "As-Is" set of systems and a potential "To-Be" set of systems which will assist management with determining the need for new systems, improvements to existing systems, or replacement systems which support all aspects of incident operations.
